As the Founder and CEO of Humaneness Health Care Services (home-based care) and Humaneness Provider Care Services (outpatient clinic), she embodies a dual commitment to community wellness and patient dignity.

Her mission: to revolutionize healthcare delivery by merging clinical excellence with human-centered care, ensuring that every patient whether seen in a clinic, at home, or virtually, receives the highest level of evidence-based, personalized service.

Dr. Iweanoge's career spans the full spectrum of care delivery, from her humble beginnings as a home health aide to becoming a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). Her remarkable rise reflects not only professional dedication but a deep, personal calling to serve.

Dr. Iweanoge earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, where she developed advanced clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment, and holistic care planning. She is proficient in:
